Daily Rate is $375/night

Fees and Security Deposit
All Bookings are subject to a $200 cleaning fee
A $500 security deposit is required. This will be refunded after stay is complete and facilities have been cleaned and inspected. Refund will be made in the form of a check mailed to primary renter within 14 days of departure date.
Taxes
5% Wisconsin State Sales Tax will be added to all Bookings
Minimum Stay
Fall/Winter/Spring - 2 night minimum stay
Memorial Day/Labor Day Weekends - 3 night minimum stay
Summer - Weekly rental from Sunday to Sunday starting June 21st 2020 thru August 16th 2020

Terms
50% of Daily Rate for entire stay required to make reservation
Remaining 50% of Daily Rate + Cleaning Fee + Deposit + 5% Wisconsin State Sales Tax Required 45 days prior to arrival date
Cancellations at least 30 days prior to arrival date will receive 100% refund
Cancellations at least 14 days prior to arrival date will receive 50% refund
